In this newly established role, you will spearhead the overhaul of our marketing technology and operations, ensuring alignment with user needs and maintaining high standards for data integrity. Your initial focus will include the deployment of a global marketing automation platform and the establishment of a robust foundation for marketing operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create unified branding and communication strategies, enhancing the customer experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive Marketing Operations Strategy to guide impactful B2B initiatives that align with our business goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of the global marketing automation platform, acting as the primary product owner and ensuring successful integration with external partners.
  • Enhance the customer experience by managing the entire customer journey and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns, targeting the right audiences and facilitating seamless customer journeys from acquisition to conversion.
  • Establish and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics for Demand Generation and Sector Marketing.
  • Optimize marketing technology solutions, continuously refining the roadmap to support evolving operational needs.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to guarantee precise reporting on marketing acquisition efforts, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Create user-friendly training materials and documentation to support sector marketing teams, ensuring consistency in processes and data quality.
  • Streamline systems and procedures to promote efficiency and scalability while minimizing complexity.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing operations team to address the organization's changing needs.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in marketing operations with over 10 years of relevant experience, including 7 years in a specific marketing operations role and 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven experience with enterprise-level marketing automation platforms and the deployment of diverse martech stacks.
  • A strategic leader with a solid executive presence, capable of balancing vision with hands-on execution.
  • Highly analytical, adept at managing complex projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Established track record in change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with technology platforms such as Dynamics 365, Marketo Engage, HubSpot Marketing, and Terminus is preferred.
