- Sales Material Development: Create persuasive sales presentations, informative brochures, product data sheets, and additional marketing materials.
- Customer Database Management: Maintain thorough records of customer interactions, sales trends, and potential leads, with a focus on assisting clients with rebate incentive applications.
- Schedule Management: Efficiently organize the VP's calendar to ensure that meetings and appointments are arranged systematically.
- Meeting Coordination: Manage meeting logistics, establish agendas, and oversee details to facilitate smooth operations.
- Communication Management: Oversee the VP's correspondence, handling emails and other communication channels with utmost professionalism.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and organize travel itineraries for the VP as necessary.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering prompt and knowledgeable responses.
- Order Processing Support: Aid customers with their orders, ensuring accuracy in processing and tracking.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively tackle and resolve customer concerns, upholding exemplary service standards.
- Rebate Application Support: Assist customers with the rebate application process related to our products and services.
- Invoice and Payment Management: Generate precise and timely invoices for customer billing, oversee the creation of detailed packing slips for shipments, and monitor incoming payments while diligently following up on outstanding invoices.
- Customer Relationship Management: Engage with customers post-sale to ensure complete satisfaction and nurture ongoing relationships. Actively seek out and compile customer feedback to continuously enhance service quality and explore opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and securing referrals.
- Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles, ideally within the lighting industry.
