Job Overview

We are actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Account Manager to become a pivotal member of our North American platform team. In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of platform partners, including leading global payroll providers, innovative expense management and bill pay SaaS companies, emerging challenger banks, and prominent Big Tech firms. Your mission will be to empower these partners to harness next-generation infrastructure, enabling them to deliver exceptional payment services to their clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propel growth within your designated portfolio of platform partners throughout North America, concentrating on upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive account strategies for key partners, detailing pathways for expansion and increased revenue.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with partners, aligning their strategic ambitions with our unique offerings.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and act as the subject matter authority for your partners.
  • Leverage analytical insights to identify new opportunities, facilitating data-informed discussions with partners.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, compliance, legal, and business development, to achieve mutual objectives.
  • Participate in global and regional initiatives aimed at refining strategies, pricing, and go-to-market tactics to enhance overall growth.
  • Utilize your expertise to navigate technical and commercial conversations with partners, ensuring successful implementation and satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management or Sales, preferably within the payments sector.
  • A proven ability to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, from C-suite executives to product managers and legal advisors.
  • Extensive knowledge of the North American software and FinTech landscape, particularly within the realm of cross-border payments.
  • Demonstrated success in account growth within the software and financial services industries, contributing to overall revenue enhancements.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to partner engagement, with the ability to lead discussions and derive actionable insights.
  • Capability to balance technical discourse with commercial and legal considerations, ensuring comprehensive support for partner needs.
  • A genuine passion for driving success in high-growth enterprises and a determination to make a substantial impact on the overall mission.
