• Prepare comprehensive financial and operational reports, focusing on revenue and expense evaluations.
• Aggregate and organize both internal and external data for benchmarking and strategic initiatives.
• Design financial models that support business objectives and automate recurring reports.
• Convey financial and operational performance insights to executive leadership.
• Enhance analytical workflows to boost accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Provide recommendations on policies and procedures to improve financial reporting.
• Review financial statements for precision and aid in the documentation of finance processes.

Required Skills

• In-depth understanding of business processes, cost center operations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and enterprise accounting software (e.g., Great Plains, QuickBooks).
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; experience with Epic is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
