Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring financial stability and optimal cash flow within the organization. Reporting directly to the Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing comprehensive accounts receivable management
• Ensuring precise billing and invoicing processes
• Managing collections to optimize cash flow
• Leading and developing the accounts receivable team
• Providing in-depth financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership
• Cultivating robust customer relationships to guarantee timely payments
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Finance, Sales, etc.) to enhance operational efficiencies
• Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal controls
• Identifying and executing process improvements
  
  

Required Skills

We are seeking a proactive leader with a solid financial foundation and exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A comprehensive understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• The ability to analyze financial data and offer strategic insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, finance, or accounting
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management capacity
• A solid grasp of collections strategies and best practices in financial regulation
• Experience with NetSuite Accounting Software is a plus
