Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the back-end sales process, encompassing order entry, status updates, and submissions of purchase orders.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to request and manage art files pertinent to orders.
- Provide support for product development tailored to specific clients, including communication regarding timelines and product sampling details.
- Ensure precision and accuracy in order processing, particularly during peak business seasons.
- Effectively communicate across departments to meet established deadlines.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Support sales reporting by maintaining an organized and updated CRM system with weekly and monthly sales projections.
- Organize and manage product samples and catalogs to optimize sales operations.
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales, operations, project management, or a similar coordination role involving cross-departmental collaboration.
