We are a rapidly expanding premium apparel brand eagerly seeking proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative professionals to join our dynamic Sales Support team. Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the back-end sales process, encompassing order entry, status updates, and submissions of purchase orders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to request and manage art files pertinent to orders.
  • Provide support for product development tailored to specific clients, including communication regarding timelines and product sampling details.
  • Ensure precision and accuracy in order processing, particularly during peak business seasons.
  • Effectively communicate across departments to meet established deadlines.
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Support sales reporting by maintaining an organized and updated CRM system with weekly and monthly sales projections.
  • Organize and manage product samples and catalogs to optimize sales operations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of one year of experience in sales, operations, project management, or a similar coordination role involving cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel; familiarity with CRM and project management software is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, combined with strong problem-solving abilities and a tech-savvy approach.
  • A reliable team player who takes initiative and embodies a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred (or equivalent experience).
