Sportiqe is one of the fastest growing premium apparel brands in the world. As we grow we need sharp, proactive, and collaborative minded individuals to join our Sales Support team. Organization and attention to detail is key! The ideal candidate will have proven experience coordinating across departments with ability to handle multiple tasks with consistent quality and sense of urgency.
Our sales department is integral in expanding Sportiqe’s reach nationwide! The Sales Coordinator will eagerly partner cross-functionally to serve prospects and customers with timely and accurate order entry, and support Sales Reps and Account Executives by powering the back-end sales process. The Sales Coordinator has excellent communication skills, high-speed accuracy, and drive for results. This person reports to the Sales Support Manager and works closely with other internal partners as needed.
This is a full-time hourly role based out of our corporate office in Tempe, AZ. This is NOT a remote or hybrid role.
WHO YOU ARE FOR THE TEAM
- At least 1 year experience in sales, operations, project management, or some other type of coordination role working with multiple departments is REQUIRED. This is NOT a marketing or social media role. Please read the description carefully before applying.
- High school diploma required. Associates degree or higher preferred; or equivalent experience.
- Highly reliable teammate that takes initiative in finding solutions and supporting the needs of the department.
- You are accurate and organized. Known for catching and correcting errors before they become an issue. You pay attention to the details to make sure that nothing has been missed.
- You are a good problem-solver and adaptable to change. When things are ambiguous you aren’t afraid to ask questions and are willing to research when needed to find the answers.
- You are a collaborative communicator, both written and verbal. You can be counted on to follow-up, are quick with information, and have interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate with all different types of people.
- You are computer and software savvy and can learn quickly. You are already proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Word and Excel. You have experience using CRM and Project Management software. Bonus if you are familiar with programs such as Adobe, Zoho, or Sync.
- You are excited to evolve and grow within a company.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Coordinate the back-end sales process including writing up orders, communicating status updates, and reviewing and submitting POs. This also includes communicating daily with our Creative Team for art files requests.
- Lead back-end product development for specific customers along with providing support throughout the sales order process including timeline communication and product sampling details.
- Ensure precise and accurate order entry, seamlessly balancing the ebb and flow of highly busy peak seasons.
- Communicate effectively across departments to manage the expectations of deadlines with Sales Reps and Account Executives.
- Help to implement process efficiencies to guide and provide support for updated operations.
- Support with Sales Reporting including maintaining a clean and updated CRM with weekly/monthly projections.
- Help organize and maintain product samples and catalogs.
