Key Responsibilities
- Manage the back-end sales processes, including order entry, status updates, and communication with the Creative Team for art file requests.
- Oversee product development for specific clients and support the sales order process with effective timelines and product sampling.
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry, efficiently balancing workloads during peak seasons.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to keep Sales Representatives and Account Executives updated on deadlines and project statuses.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date sales reports within CRM systems, providing weekly and monthly projections.
- Organize and manage product samples and catalogs, ensuring accessibility for team members.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, operations, project management, or a coordination role involving cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity and conducting research for solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel; familiarity with CRM and project management tools is advantageous.
