We are currently seeking organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individuals to enhance our Sales Support team. This full-time role, based on-site in Tempe, AZ, is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about contributing to a growing brand and supporting essential sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the back-end sales processes, including order entry, status updates, and communication with the Creative Team for art file requests.
  • Oversee product development for specific clients and support the sales order process with effective timelines and product sampling.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry, efficiently balancing workloads during peak seasons.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to keep Sales Representatives and Account Executives updated on deadlines and project statuses.
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date sales reports within CRM systems, providing weekly and monthly projections.
  • Organize and manage product samples and catalogs, ensuring accessibility for team members.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, operations, project management, or a coordination role involving cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity and conducting research for solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel; familiarity with CRM and project management tools is advantageous.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn and develop professionally within the organization.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Proven reliability and a proactive approach to teamwork and support.
