- Oversee the back-end sales process, including accurate order entry and timely status updates.
- Manage product development initiatives for specific clients, supporting the sales order process and ensuring clear communication of timelines and product sampling.
- Facilitate effective interdepartmental communication to align on deadlines and expectations with Sales Representatives and Account Executives.
- Propose and implement operational efficiencies to strengthen processes.
- Maintain an organized and updated CRM to support sales reporting, including weekly and monthly projections.
- Organize product samples and catalogs to support sales efforts efficiently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel; experience with CRM and project management software is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and proactively solve problems.
- Tech-savvy with a quick learning curve for new software applications.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, operations, project management, or a similar coordination role.
- A high school diploma is required; an associate’s degree or higher is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.
- A reliable team player with a proactive attitude towards finding solutions and supporting departmental needs.
- Strong ability to catch and correct errors before they escalate.
