Job Title: Sales Coordinator & Administrative Professional

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: \(20 to \)23 per hour

Job Overview

Join our dynamic and expanding company, a recognized leader in the apparel industry for over 17 years. As part of our Sales Support team, you will be instrumental in facilitating nationwide growth by assisting our Sales Representatives and Account Executives in a collaborative and proactive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the back-end sales process, including accurate order entry and timely status updates.
  • Manage product development initiatives for specific clients, supporting the sales order process and ensuring clear communication of timelines and product sampling.
  • Facilitate effective interdepartmental communication to align on deadlines and expectations with Sales Representatives and Account Executives.
  • Propose and implement operational efficiencies to strengthen processes.
  • Maintain an organized and updated CRM to support sales reporting, including weekly and monthly projections.
  • Organize product samples and catalogs to support sales efforts efficiently.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel; experience with CRM and project management software is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and proactively solve problems.
  • Tech-savvy with a quick learning curve for new software applications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, operations, project management, or a similar coordination role.
  • A high school diploma is required; an associate’s degree or higher is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • A reliable team player with a proactive attitude towards finding solutions and supporting departmental needs.
  • Strong ability to catch and correct errors before they escalate.
