We are seeking motivated professionals to enhance our Project Finance Team in line with our ongoing development strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and refinement of financial models at both project and strategic tiers, with a focus on utility-scale battery storage across diverse regions (ISOs/RTOs nationwide).
- Assume responsibility for financial models pertinent to renewable project off-take agreements, bidding processes, debt/equity structuring, project sales, and tax incentive approaches.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and execute financial analysis and forecasting instruments for corporate financing, capital markets, FP&A, and renewable project financial evaluations.
- Play an active role in refining financial analysis workflows and risk mitigation by monitoring industry trends (e.g., interest rates, tax legislation updates, and financial structure adjustments) and their implications for the renewable energy and power sectors.
- Proven expertise in project finance related to power, renewables, capital markets, or energy infrastructure transactions.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Microsoft Excel (MS Excel) and adept in debt/equity structuring.
- Strong communication abilities, capable of articulating intricate financial concepts to a variety of internal and external audiences.
- A proactive approach to engaging in sophisticated discussions surrounding utility-scale renewables (solar, wind, storage), transmission, and battery storage.
- Familiarity with national energy power markets (PJM, ERCOT, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and CAISO) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in project finance with a focus on power, renewables, capital markets, or energy infrastructure.
- Solid foundation in financial modeling and structuring of debt/equity transactions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is required.
