Key Responsibilities

Requirements

In this role, you will utilize Agile methodologies to assess, define, and document business requirements for delivering impactful software applications aligned with stakeholder expectations. Your primary duties will include:

• Engaging with stakeholders to gather and clarify business and functional requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Collaborating with product teams to decompose large epic stories into manageable features and user stories.
• Ensuring clear comprehension of requirements throughout product development, testing, and implementation stages.
• Assisting Product Owners in backlog prioritization, sequencing of features, and user acceptance testing.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with both technical and non-technical team members, fostering an environment of trust and respect.
  
  

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic learner with a passion for devising and executing solutions on diverse projects. Strong collaborative skills and excellent organizational abilities are essential for this role.

• Minimum of 3 years of Business Analysis experience, including proficiency in gathering software development requirements, creating user stories, and managing product backlogs.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst within an Agile framework, possessing a robust understanding of Scrum and Product Owner responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Jira or comparable project management tools.
• Scrum certification (CSM or CSPO) is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  
  

Qualifications

Candidates must be based within commuting distance of Tampa, FL, as the position operates primarily remotely, with occasional office visits required. Applicants must also possess authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
