Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Supervise the establishment and billing processes, ensuring they align with contract stipulations and invoicing guidelines for effective project delivery.
- Invoice Administration: Oversee all elements of contract invoicing, including the onboarding of new clients and projects, the creation of milestones, and the management of fee structures.
- System Oversight: Ensure the maintenance of LCATS, billing rates, and provisional rates within our financial systems.
- Collaborative Engagement: Partner closely with Contract Administrators, Project Managers, and Accounts Receivable teams to guarantee timely and precise invoicing.
- Audit Assistance: Provide necessary documentation for both internal and external audits, maintaining compliance and ensuring accuracy.

- Proficiency in JAMIS Receivables and Contracts modules.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the government contracting sector.
- Ability to operate both independently and as a team member in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in financial operations.
- Flexibility in managing various priorities and adapting to evolving schedules.
- At least 3 years of experience in government contract billing or a related area.
