Client Solutions Manager - Remote | WFH

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager of Client Solutions to join our innovative team remotely. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about social media and influencer marketing and are eager to shape the connections between brands and their audiences. You will play a pivotal role in the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with various internal teams to ensure all project timelines, deliverables, and processes are precisely met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the workflow and successful completion of tasks within our project management platform.
• Provide support to campaign execution teams during all phases of planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with Campaign Management to guarantee effective influencer communication, adherence to scope, and timely execution of timelines.
• Serve as the primary liaison between talent and internal teams, ensuring that all deliverables and payments are processed efficiently.
• Conduct content moderation to uphold brand safety across all social media campaigns.
• Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, including Account Management, Performance Media, Strategy & Analytics, and Operations, to monitor deliverables and fulfill client expectations.
• Acquire expertise in our proprietary technology platform, organizing talent and campaign data as necessary.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven project management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Capacity to work independently in a fully remote setting while managing evolving priorities.
• Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology platforms.
  
  

Qualifications

• Candidates must be physically located in New York City.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, public relations, advertising, or a similar field.
• Expertise in working with beauty brands, particularly within the luxury beauty sector.
