Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and cultivate a portfolio of enterprise-scale accounts, establishing strong relationships at the executive level and aligning our solutions with their strategic objectives.
- Navigate clients through each phase of their journey, from initial deployment and launch to ongoing optimization, expansion, and renewal.
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address client needs to ensure seamless operations and enduring success.
- Identify and spearhead complex growth initiatives to enhance client engagement with additional products and services.
- Influence product roadmap decisions by delivering insights that boost ROI for both the client and our organization.
- Collaborate across departments, including Product, Marketing, and Deployment teams, to craft customized solutions that align with client growth goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market shifts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the fintech sector.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B2C/B2B Client Success, specifically managing strategic accounts with annual revenues exceeding $10 million.
- Demonstrated success in building and expanding high-value client relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities, along with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to client advocacy.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, characterized by a proactive approach to driving account success.
- Experience within the financial services, fintech, or credit services sectors is advantageous.
- Competitive base salary starting at $150,000 (commensurate with experience) plus a commission structure.
