Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement comprehensive test plans addressing diverse scenarios, ensuring methodical testing and precise documentation of outcomes.
- Possess a robust understanding of database architecture, encompassing both relational and non-relational frameworks, and execute data quality assessments across Data & Integration platforms utilizing SQL, SOQL, and other query languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to maintain superior quality benchmarks.
- Identify and document bugs or discrepancies accurately, performing root cause analysis to comprehend issues and avert recurrence.
- Validate data quality and uniformity across various platforms, safeguarding the integrity of Salesforce data and its proper integration with other systems.
- Assist in the execution of reporting and analytics infrastructure for internal business customers, utilizing integration tools such as Kafka, MuleSoft, and Salesforce. Provide guidance to internal teams in developing, troubleshooting, and refining SQL solutions.
