We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst. This role is instrumental in the Insurance - Life industry, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our Data & Integration systems. The position involves a hybrid work model, with part of the week spent in the office and part from home.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to cover various scenarios, ensuring the systematic execution of tests and accurate documentation of results.• Maintain strong knowledge of database architecture, including relational/non-relational concepts, and ensure various data quality checks in Data & Integration platforms using SQL, SOQL, or other database query languages.• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to uphold quality standards.• Identify bugs or inconsistencies accurately, documenting and conducting root cause analysis to understand issues and prevent recurrence.• Validate data quality and consistency across different Data Integration platforms using SQL, SOQL, ensuring data integrity in Salesforce and correct integration with other platforms.• Implement and support reporting and analytics infrastructure for internal business customers using data integration services like Kafka, MuleSoft, Salesforce, guiding internal customers in developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex SQL solutions.• Identify opportunities to enhance testing processes, improve efficiency, and introduce new strategies or tools to strengthen quality assurance efforts.• Lead small to medium projects and support complex initiatives within a team, demonstrating strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving integration challenges.• Analyze and review potential adjustments or modifications for impacts on other programs, ensuring excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
