Essential Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to understand business requirements and ensure they are reflected in the test plans.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of the Salesforce systems and other Brokerage Services applications.
- Execute test cases, report defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not adversely affected by new developments.
- Utilize data to identify trends and patterns that may indicate potential quality issues.
- Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: Brokerage Services experience, training, and/or education. Familiarity with Salesforce Systems preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies. Basic understanding of test automation concepts.
- Technical Competencies: The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise combined with a deep understanding of business needs, enabling them to make informed decisions and deliver effective technology solutions with well-defined processes and procedures. They will excel in problem-solving by efficiently identifying issues, leveraging resources to determine root causes, and proposing and implementing effective solutions or improvements.
