Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and refine all aspects of revenue operations, focusing on sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with sales and executive teams to formulate strategies that propel revenue growth and meet sales objectives.
  • Establish, monitor, and uphold sales metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to guide performance assessments and data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee lead management, sales forecasting, and analytics to ensure a seamless and effective sales process.
  • Analyze sales data to uncover areas for enhancement and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency.
  • Foster cross-department collaboration with marketing, finance, and operations to synchronize revenue-generating pursuits.
  • Lead and develop the sales operations team, enhancing their capabilities as the organization scales.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the executive leadership regarding sales performance and market dynamics.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales operations or revenue operations, with a proven ability to establish and scale revenue functions.
  • Expertise within a high-growth, early-stage company environment.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling revenue operations to support mid-market and enterprise-level sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration across diverse teams and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • Proven leadership experience, focusing on the development of high-performing teams.
  • A strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The capability to navigate ambiguity and lead initiatives in undefined areas.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in sales operations or revenue operations.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
