- Generate daily flash reports and perform comprehensive financial analyses.
- Manage cash flow and monitor investment activities.
- Collaborate with international teams to oversee foreign accounting and operational transactions.
- Administer all aspects of fixed asset management, encompassing capital requests and monthly depreciation.
- Prepare precise financial statements, tax returns, and compliance filings.
- Conduct thorough financial analyses, including variance reports, to evaluate the company's performance.
- Regularly reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare a range of tax filings, including federal, state, local, and specialized submissions.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of any findings.
- Oversee the flow of accounting data between remote locations.
- Assist in the preparation and tracking of budgets.
