Key Responsibilities
- Generate daily financial reports and conduct comprehensive financial analyses.
- Manage cash flow and oversee investment tracking activities.
- Collaborate with international teams for the management of foreign accounting and operational transactions.
- Administer all facets of fixed asset management, including capital requests and monthly depreciation.
- Prepare precise financial statements, tax returns, and ensure compliance with regulatory filings.
- Conduct thorough financial analyses, including variance reports to evaluate company performance.
- Regularly reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare federal, state, local, and specialized tax filings as necessary.
- Assist during internal and external audits, effectively addressing any audit findings.
- Oversee the flow of accounting data to and from remote locations.
- Support the budgeting process by aiding in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Effectively communicate financial insights to various departments and stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide support to junior accounting personnel.
- Undertake additional projects as required to fulfill business needs.
