Key Responsibilities
- Oversee audits for defined contribution pension plans, defined benefit pension plans, and health & welfare plans.
- Manage the wrap-up and review process post-audit fieldwork, ensuring the finalization of work papers and checklists for EBP audits.
- Draft comprehensive client reports, financial statements, management letters, and other relevant documentation.
- Effectively communicate audit findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities for junior staff members.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Minimum of five years of public accounting experience, particularly focused on Employee Benefit Plans.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and exceptional interpersonal abilities, with an emphasis on superior customer service.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, ideally with a concentration in Accounting.
- A valid CPA license is mandatory.
