Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit efforts for defined contribution pension plans, defined benefit pension plans, and health & welfare plans.
- Oversee the finalization of work papers and checklists post-audit fieldwork.
- Prepare and draft comprehensive client reports, financial statements, management letters, and associated documentation.
- Communicate audit results and findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide developmental opportunities for junior staff members.
- Cultivate and uphold robust relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Demonstrated supervisory and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- At least five years of pertinent experience in public accounting with a focus on Employee Benefit Plans.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably with a concentration in Accounting.
- Valid CPA license is mandatory.
