Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the global product strategy, focusing on creating solutions that effectively integrate into client operations.
- Lead the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring commercial objectives are met for all applicable use cases.
- Collaborate with architects to identify client challenges and propose meaningful product enhancements.
- Drive improvements in product architecture to facilitate easier implementation by regional teams.
- Partner with the Technology division to guarantee the delivery of new features with exceptional user experiences, while minimizing technical debt.
- Facilitate productive discussions during office hours with card issuers, acquirers, and payment service providers to share insights and resolutions.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration, engaging with Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure strategic alignment across the organization.
- Work closely with leadership to align product strategies and ensure effective communication throughout the teams involved.
- 8 years of relevant experience in product management, strategy, and solution commercialization.
- A strong technical background in payment systems and digital transactions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex, evolving situations.
- A collaborative approach, with the capability to engage effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Basic Qualifications: 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or at least 5 years with an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
- Preferred Qualifications: 9 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record in product management and strategy.
