Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze business requirements to identify optimal solutions utilizing Oracle capabilities, configurations, and customizations.
- Design, test, and implement new Oracle functionalities and enhancements.
- Diagnose and resolve issues pertaining to Oracle Business Suite functionality, data integrity, and interfaces.
- Work alongside business users to uncover areas for process improvements and the introduction of new capabilities.
- Formulate recommendations, business cases, and cost estimations for proposed functionalities and system modifications.
- Maintain thorough documentation of Oracle E-Business Suite configurations, customizations, and support protocols in accordance with IT standards.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and application development teams to facilitate comprehensive testing processes including unit, system, user acceptance, and performance testing.
- Provide guidance during end-user training sessions and orient users as needed.

- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams ranging from business stakeholders to developers.
- Strong documentation capabilities, demonstrating clarity in writing requirements, recommendations, and technical specifications.
- Experience in both team-oriented environments and independently managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite modules and their applications in business contexts.
- Comprehensive lifecycle development experience, from requirements gathering through to implementation.
- Proficient in analyzing issues within complex system environments, ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs.
- A commitment to staying current with the latest Oracle E-Business Suite technologies and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience with functional configuration in at least one Oracle E-Business Suite module (preferably version 12.2 ), such as Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Projects, or Grants.
- Technical understanding of Oracle tables, APIs, and development guidelines.
- Proven experience providing daily support to Oracle end-users.
- Ability to craft and debug complex SQL queries and PL/SQL packages.
- Knowledge of RICEWF objects, including Oracle Reports, BI Publisher reports, Forms, OAF Extensions, and Workflows.
