Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive accounting tasks, including reconciliations, accruals, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, and payroll.
- Play a vital role in the implementation of a new accounting system and the enhancement of our monthly financial management and KPI reporting.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Excel to ensure precision in financial records and reporting.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to foster improvement and ensure seamless financial operations.
- Extensive experience with reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting practices.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive self-starter with a positive team-oriented attitude and exceptional collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a meticulous focus on detail.
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in accounting or finance, or a minimum of 7 years of solid experience in a dynamic accounting environment.
