Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the financial and accounting operations for a variety of multi-asset class investment portfolios, ensuring accurate trade processing and bookkeeping.
- Maintain comprehensive books and records for distinct entities, guaranteeing precise and efficient transaction processing.
- Lead the monthly close process and generate financial statements as required.
- Conduct thorough research on securities within the investment portfolio and provide expert insights on accounting issues.
- Ensure adherence to SEC regulations and prospectus restrictions.
- Collaborate with the tax department to deliver timely and precise recordkeeping and reporting.
- Serve as the main point of contact with investment service providers to enhance service quality and maintain accurate transaction records.
