- Execute data entry and scrutinize payable invoices for accuracy.
- Conduct comprehensive payroll reviews.
- Process necessary documentation for employers, employees, and vendors.
- Foster positive relationships by delivering exceptional customer service to individuals, case managers, families, and vendors through phone and email communication.
- Strong customer service aptitude with a commitment to assisting others.
