Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and balance sheets.
• Prepare monthly financial statements along with detailed analyses.
• Monitor and track grants effectively.
• Generate and oversee cash flow projections.
• Support preparation for external audits.
  
  

Required Skills

• Exceptional communication skills coupled with a positive demeanor.
• Familiarity with various accounting software; experience with QuickBooks is advantageous.
• Proficient Excel skills at an intermediate level.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required (when safe).

• A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in Accounting or Finance.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in public accounting or industry; 5 years is preferred.
