Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to OEM clients, delivering expert guidance on sales dynamics, pricing strategies, incentives, and residual values (RVs).
- Cultivate robust relationships with executives by distilling complex data into straightforward, actionable strategies that bolster profitability.
- Present tailored pricing, incentives, and business planning recommendations to C-suite automotive executives.
- Synthesize data from diverse sources to clarify sales and pricing performance, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
- Craft bespoke solutions for clients centered around new vehicle pricing, sales data, and residual value analytics, ensuring continued value from consulting services.
- Identify opportunities for business development within existing and prospective client bases.
- Mentor junior analysts, contributing to the growth and development of a premier Customer Success team.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to support sales, pricing, and incentive strategies.
- Continuously assess client requirements and proactively establish new analytical frameworks to fulfill them.
- Work alongside the sales team to uncover solutions and enhance client relationships.
- Over a decade of experience in consulting, finance, analytics, or sales.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on problem-solving, narrative-building, and effective communication.
- Proven ability to lead discussions and present information to senior management and executives.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SQL is advantageous.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, demonstrating critical thinking in fast-paced environments.
- Consulting experience is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in consulting or the automotive industry.
- An MBA is strongly desired.
- Experience within the automotive sector, particularly in sales or finance, is essential.
