Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the principal consultant for a portfolio of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients, both domestic and international.
  • Utilize your expertise in automotive sales, pricing strategies, incentives, and residual values to provide invaluable insights.
  • Lead monthly strategy discussions with OEM Directors and VPs, cultivating yourself as a trusted advisor to drive profitability improvements.
  • Synthesize proprietary transactional data, benchmark residual value metrics, and predictive analytics to establish best practices within the automotive sector.
  • Engage with clients on an ongoing basis to advise on the optimization of substantial budgets, focusing on pricing, profitability, and promotional strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
  • Mentor and support the development of aspiring Data Analytics professionals within the organization.

Required Skills

  • Extensive data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations to leadership.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Agile thinking and adeptness in engaging effectively with senior management.
  • Prior consulting experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, finance, analytics, or sales roles.
  • An MBA is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, especially in sales or finance, is essential.
