- Match invoices with order forms and packing slips, ensuring details are accurately recorded.
- Utilize financial systems to provide account-related information and address inquiries.
- Process debits, credits, and account totals using specialized accounting software.
- Verify the accuracy of figures, postings, and documents, ensuring correct coding.
- Monitor loan and account statuses to maintain timely payments.
