Key Responsibilities
- Oversee direct tax compliance for Canadian operations, ensuring optimal tax efficiency.
- Spearhead global Pillar II tax initiatives, closely collaborating with international tax teams.
- Stay abreast of global tax legislation, providing timely updates to management and team members.
- Proactively identify and develop solutions for potential tax challenges.
- Manage and coordinate tax audits, effectively representing the organization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of large service or business operations.
- Exceptional management, interpersonal, and communication capabilities.
- Proficient in Canadian income tax, global minimum tax, and tax research.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or a related field is essential.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a tax or financial discipline is required.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
- Familiarity with international income tax, transfer pricing, and tax return reviews is preferred.

- Competitive salary range of \(9,208.38 - \)16,575.08 per month, with actual starting pay determined by experience, market level, location, and other job-related factors.
