Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and refine asset management strategies and frameworks for our property portfolio.
- Execute financial analyses, devise business plans, and supervise significant capital improvement initiatives.
- Oversee key property renovations and manage the disposition and marketing of assets.
- Develop and implement financing strategies for owned assets.
- Manage joint venture partnerships to ensure alignment of objectives and achievement of milestones.
- Lead reporting for capital partners and facilitate investor buyouts and exits.
- Define and implement investment strategies with the goal of maximizing property income, cash flow, and long-term value.
- Track market trends, demographic shifts, and economic indicators to inform investment decisions.
- Collaborate with property management leadership to uphold operational excellence.

- Strong institutional ownership perspective with a proven track record in a principal's role.
- Financially driven mindset complemented by strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, especially in Excel.
- Experience in managing development projects, significant property renovations, and asset repositioning.
- Proficiency in working with lenders and joint venture partners throughout construction and repositioning efforts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to collaborate effectively across departments in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the multifamily real estate sector, encompassing leadership roles.
