Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in financial statement audits as part of a collaborative audit engagement team.
• Execute substantive procedures and tests of controls to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Cultivate and sustain strong, positive relationships with clients and team members.
  
  

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Familiarity with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
• Understanding of Public Company Oversight Board (PCAOB) Auditing Standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in auditing financial statements at a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business with a concentration in Accounting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Must be a U.S. resident and authorized to work in the United States.
