Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all client deliverables related to the NAV process, including financial statements, investor reports, capital call notices, and distribution notices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team comprising Associate Fund Accountants, Fund Accountants, and Senior Fund Accountants.
• Offer guidance on performance assessments and team growth.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and proactively mitigate potential risks.
• Review and calculate complex management fees, incentive fees, capital calls, and allocations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, participating in regular meetings and addressing ad-hoc requests.
• Maintain and update the client Operating Memorandum to manage relationships effectively.
• Collaborate with diverse internal teams, including Financial Control, Client Service, Implementation, and Technology, to streamline operations.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to accounting and financial reporting professionals.
• Oversee fund-client audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
• Conduct technical research and remain informed of industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, ideally within financial services or fund administration.

• Salary range: \(80,000 - \)130,000 (commensurate with experience and location).
