Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring effective management and resolution of customer payments and discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable duties, ensuring timely processing of vendor payments and tracking of expenses.
- Prepare and dispatch invoices accurately and punctually.
- Support debt collection efforts and maintain communication with overdue accounts.
- Generate key financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations to uphold financial integrity.
- Administer corporate credit card settlements and manage gross receipts tax filings in accordance with regulations.
