Remote Business Analyst | WFH

Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Business Analyst to become an integral part of our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining business requirements, as well as designing and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions and web-based applications. Additionally, you will have the responsibility of creating and delivering training materials that enhance understanding of business processes and IT applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements to facilitate effective solutions.
• Design user acceptance testing (UAT) materials and web-based business applications.
• Develop and present training materials aimed at improving business processes and IT applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with senior stakeholders to identify and implement improved business solutions.
• Create process flow diagrams to clearly visualize and communicate processes.
• Support the documentation and use of project management tools for efficient project execution.
  
  

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in Business Requirements Gathering (mandatory).
• 5 years in Business Requirements and Functional Design Documentation (mandatory).
• 5 years in Stakeholder Engagement, particularly with senior stakeholders (mandatory).
• 5 years of experience in Cross-Functional Collaboration (mandatory).
• 5 years in Process Flow Diagram Creation (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills (mandatory).
• 5 years of Business Process Knowledge (mandatory).
• Strong Analytical Skills (mandatory).
• 5 years of End-User Training experience (desired).
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification (highly desired, 5 years).
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (SCRUM) (highly desired, 5 years).
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and functional modules (desired).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience (3 years).
• Experience as the Lead Business Analyst in a team of analysts and developers (desired).
• 2 years of experience in User Story Documentation (desired).

Exceptional analytical and communication skills are required, along with experience in delivering user training and supporting business processes.
