Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound leads through discovery conversations, evaluating their alignment with our mission, and preparing them for subsequent discussions.
  • Account Management: Maintain comprehensive records of partnership accounts, ensuring detailed itineraries and meeting notes are kept up to date.
  • Partner Research: Identify and analyze potential partners, providing critical insights to support the CEO during sales engagements.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee meeting schedules, follow-ups, and CRM updates to deliver a seamless partner experience.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the CEO and internal teams to craft tailored proposals, sponsorship packages, and partnership opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Generate engaging materials for proposals, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Event Representation: Act as an ambassador for the organization at industry events and conferences, representing our mission alongside the CEO.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and evaluate sales metrics to provide strategic insights that contribute to revenue growth.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at building relationships and engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and cloud-based platforms for streamlined workflow management.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring thoroughness and precision in all tasks.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or sales support, preferably in a nonprofit or B2B context.
  • Experience in managing corporate partnerships or writing grant proposals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and office platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: \(77,000-\)85,000, based on qualifications and experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance (80% of employee coverage paid), group life insurance, and Simple IRA with company match.
  • Flexible work environment, with a preference for candidates near the Raleigh-Durham area for occasional in-person collaboration and minimal travel opportunities.
  • Generous paid time off, starting with 3 weeks of PTO, 8 holidays, and a 2-week paid winter break.
