We are in search of a strategic and dynamic leader to oversee the development and execution of our Remote Care Programs, including Telehealth and HearAssist.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and strategic launch of Remote Care Programs, collaborating with essential stakeholders, such as Field Management, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Professional Development.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by managing the formation of committees dedicated to the Remote Care Programs, maintaining adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and telemedicine standards.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes through auditing, patient feedback collection, and reporting to uphold the highest standards of care.
- Facilitate onboarding and continuous support for center teams utilizing the programs, while working with Professional Development to create training materials and resources.
- Develop best practice guidelines for technology management, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and center teams.
- Collaborate with Insurance Teams to guarantee accurate coding, documentation, and reimbursement processes aligned with insurance protocols.
- Strategically manage budgets for the programs, tracking financial performance metrics such as costs, revenue, and ROI.
- Identify growth opportunities within the telehealth program, targeting service expansion to new populations or regions.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a high level of precision.
- Superior written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating independence, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
- Retail experience is preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, with some required travel.
