Key Responsibilities
- Process cases and confirm eligibility via CMS portals and internal systems.
- Conduct data preparation, entry, tracking, documentation, and filing with precision.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through email, offering updates and addressing any concerns related to reports.
- Utilize various systems and databases to enter or retrieve client and medical information effectively.
- Retrieve medical records from external client sites and upload them to our internal database.
- Ensure medical records are complete and accurately filled for review.
- Collaborate with reviewers who evaluate treatments and diagnoses to facilitate insurance claim decisions.
- Reliable internet connection and a designated private workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in using CMS portals and internal systems.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in addressing client inquiries.
- Ability to meticulously track and document data.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
