Key Responsibilities
- Process and oversee cases within CMS portals, verifying client eligibility and maintaining data accuracy.
- Perform data entry, documentation tracking, and filing with a strong focus on detail and compliance.
- Address client inquiries via email promptly, providing updates, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
- Utilize internal systems and databases to input or retrieve pertinent client information as necessary.
- Coordinate the retrieval of medical records from external sources and ensure their proper upload into internal databases.
- Confirm the completeness and accuracy of medical records prior to further review assignment.
- Work collaboratively with reviewers to assist in delineating treatment or diagnosis details, thereby aiding in the decision-making process concerning insurance claims.
- Strong data entry capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
