Responsibilities
Engage and assist customers via live chat to resolve inquiries and technical issues.
Provide accurate information and support for products, services, and company policies.
Diagnose customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the support database for future reference.
Collaborate with other team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and any relevant changes to streamline customer assistance.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat or remote environment.
Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
Ability to type quickly and accurately while simultaneously engaging with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with support ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
PAYRATE: $21.92 - $35.82 Hourly
