Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of enrollment and career placement documentation to verify compliance with applicable regulations.
- Assist with regulatory audits throughout the year by conducting file reviews.
- Collaborate with Admissions and Career Services teams to reinforce compliance policies, ensuring a seamless experience for students.
- Support school leadership in preparations for site visits from accrediting or regulatory bodies.
- Ensure precise record-keeping in Salesforce in partnership with the Compliance Specialist - Student Records.
- Engage in a Secret Shopper program aimed at evaluating and maintaining compliance consistency.
- Remain informed about industry standards by participating in relevant webinars, conferences, and workshops.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple assignments while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Committed to integrity and professionalism, with a proven track record in compliance.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is an advantage.
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Previous experience in higher education compliance, admissions, or career services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial.
- Capable of typing a minimum of 35 words per minute.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary Range: \(40,000 - \)55,000 (Hourly, Non-Exempt)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST or 11 AM - 8 PM EST (Mandatory overtime, which may include evenings, Saturdays, and holidays, may be required to meet deadlines).
