Key Responsibilities
- Administer the ServiceNow platform across IT Service Management applications.
- Implement necessary enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance for the platform.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards, particularly concerning FedRAMP.
- Oversee enhancement requests and formulate solutions within the ITSM application.
- Collaborate with developers to drive process improvements and advance platform development.
- Analyze business requirements, document technical processes, and facilitate development.
- Monitor application performance and conduct code analysis for optimization.
- Remain informed about ServiceNow advancements to leverage them for business solutions.
- Create user journeys and user stories to support ITSM configuration initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through joint design sessions and iterative configuration processes.
- Proactively propose and execute enhancements to existing processes and engagements.

- Proven experience in designing and deploying end-user self-service portals.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, XML, and Web Services.

- Solid background in integrating ServiceNow with various tools and services.
- Strong analytical skills capable of generating actionable insights and comprehensive analyses.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with ITSM technologies, specifically ServiceNow.

- Capacity to achieve a security clearance under FedRAMP administration standards.
