• Work in conjunction with external auditors to facilitate a seamless annual audit process.
• Manage regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal mandates.
• Oversee cash management and treasury operations.
• Coordinate outsourced accounting tasks.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Controller or in a similar senior role.
• CPA or CMA certification is required.
• Proficient in leadership and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a collaborative approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on financial analysis.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
