Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your CPA proficiency to oversee and review intricate tax filings for a diverse client base, primarily focusing on the Real Estate and Construction industries.
- Manage client engagements, providing expert guidance and reviewing work in an efficient, paperless setting.
- Utilize your proficiency in partnership taxation, 1031 exchanges, special allocations, cost segregation studies, and partnership agreements to deliver exceptional service.
- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of professional development through constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with clients on resolving complex tax matters while ensuring prompt account receivable management.
- Remain informed of the latest developments in tax legislation and technological advancements.
- Active CPA license is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant public accounting experience, with a focus on managing client engagements and complex tax returns.
- Extensive knowledge of the Real Estate and Construction industries, including expertise in 1065s, 1031 exchanges, and cost segregation.
- Exceptional communication skills, facilitating effective feedback exchange.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in utilizing technology and tax software (preferably CCH Axcess & Engagement) in conjunction with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- A collaborative spirit, committed to knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Possession of an active CPA license.
- Demonstrated experience in public accounting, particularly in managing client engagements.
