- Lead and manage intricate tax engagements specific to real estate and construction clients.
- Conduct thorough reviews of complex tax returns, including 1065s, while pinpointing potential tax savings.
- Perform in-depth research and analysis on complex tax matters, such as 1031 exchanges, special allocations, and cost segregation studies.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, delivering outstanding service and strategic tax planning advice.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, offering valuable training and professional development opportunities.
- Active CPA license maintained in good standing.
- A minimum of 5 years of recent public accounting experience, particularly within the real estate and construction sectors.
- Proficiency in tax software (preferably CCH Axcess & Engagement) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills paired with a strong client service orientation.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at navigating complex tax issues.
- CPA license in good standing.
- 5 years of public accounting experience focusing on real estate and construction clients.
- Mastery of relevant tax software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
