Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications tailored for the Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Create and refine custom applications, workflows, APIs, and integrations to ensure an exceptional user experience.
• Employ best practices using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools to guarantee performance and security.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of developers, fostering high-quality coding standards and best practices.
• Establish development benchmarks for performance, scalability, and security while guiding the team towards delivering outstanding solutions.
• Collaborate on Retail Execution functionalities such as store visits, order capture, and route optimization.
• Enhance Salesforce mobile applications to boost field sales productivity and improve user experience.
• Engage with business stakeholders to evaluate requirements and propose optimal technical solutions.
• Address complex issues, enhance performance, and drive innovative practices in Salesforce implementations.
• Serve as a liaison between developers, business teams, and leadership, presenting technical solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient experience in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud), Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of retail execution processes, including store visits, promotions, product distribution, and sales execution.
  
  

Qualifications

• Preferred Salesforce certifications include Platform Developer I/II, Consumer Goods Cloud Specialist, or Application Architect.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred; however, equivalent experience is highly regarded.
