We are in search of a dynamic and driven Director of Operations to become an integral part of our organization. In this critical leadership position, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining financial integrity, and fostering a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Operations, your primary duties will include:

  • Designing and implementing financial systems that support our organizational objectives.
  • Leading initiatives focused on financial forecasting, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness.
  • Overseeing the budgeting process, cash flow management, and financial reporting systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and managing grant and financial reporting requirements.
  • Balancing long-term strategic goals with daily operational tasks to facilitate seamless execution.
  • Analyzing financial data to inform actionable strategies that promote sustainability and growth.
  • Managing daily financial operations encompassing accounts payable/receivable and tax compliance.
  • Collaborating with external partners to align financial systems with funding and compliance needs.
  • Engaging with the Board of Directors to maintain transparency in financial reporting and operational health.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership within nonprofit settings, with a focus on budgeting, financial forecasting, and operational management.

Compensation And Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from \(90,000 to \)105,000 annually. Additionally, we offer a flexible work environment along with the following benefits:

  • A 32-hour workweek to accommodate your lifestyle.
  • Paid holidays and generous vacation time starting at 15 days per year, increasing with tenure.
  • A monthly stipend of \(400 for health insurance, with select plans offering coverage up to \)1,000.
  • Monthly wellness and mental health stipends to support your well-being.
  • A stipend for remote work-related expenses.
  • A 401k plan with an employer match of 3% to assist in your future savings.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
