As a Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting our Real Estate Development team, engaging in activities related to site identification, leasing, and permitting of new advertising assets such as billboards, street furniture, and wall graphics. This role also entails managing our existing real estate portfolio and providing analytical support to various business initiatives through financial data evaluation and trend analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Construct and maintain comprehensive financial models to evaluate capital investments, lease renewals, transit bids, and acquisitions.
• Business Case Support: Assist in the preparation and analysis of business cases for capital investments, asset acquisitions, and billboard projects.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze financial trends to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost reduction, and value creation.
• Performance Tracking: Assess historical revenue and expense trends to evaluate the profitability and performance of our investments.
• Presentation & Reporting: Aid in the development of reports and presentations tailored for internal stakeholders, investor relations, and the Board of Directors.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects as necessary across the business landscape.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Solid grasp of financial statements and adeptness in analyzing significant data volumes.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as macros, PivotTables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach, capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling.
